Solo Harp by Sunita Staneslow - reprinted version 2013.

The 2013 version contains the folk and traditional songs from Sunita's CD of the same title. Songs no longer in the book will be revised and published singly at a later date, and available at Sunita's web site: www.SunitaHarp.com.

The 2013 version contains a collection of Jewish melodies from around the Mediterranean and Celtic music from the British Isles, woven together to celebrate the unique role harp has played in folklore and music from both traditions. Intermediate level, harmonics, well-marked accidentals, guitar chords, keys of C, Bb, G, F, and D. The accompaniment is very "harpistic" in nature with nice arpeggiated chords and flowing lines. These songs can also be heard on her third recording of the same title as the book. A few sound samples are provided. 36 pages. INTERMEDIATE, ALL HARPS.
