Concerto per Tromba
Beschrijving
In making this piano reduction, the arranger has attempted to retain as much of the original version (for string orchestra and harpsichord) as possible, to give the soloist a clear idea of what is going on in the orchestra. Therefore, certain passages, especially in the third movement, Elegy, are rather tricky and not always easily playable. The composer's suggests omitting some of the notes in the chords if required, or for example, when a chord is repeated in succession, to play the chord in full on the beat, but to play only the outer notes of the chord after the beat. Where necessary, spread chords can be played as marked.
