Marche is a short piece for multi-percussion (small drum set) and piano intended for students in Cycle 1. As its name indicates, this is a march, lively, joyful, childlike and carefree, which nonetheless presents different expressive characters. Whilst posing no great technical difficulty, the difficulty essentially comes from the rapid tempo and quick changes of instruments.
This piece can be played on the occasion of examinations, auditions and, of course, in the framework of customary educational work.
