Omaggio a Mario Castelnuovo - Tedesco is a composition dedicated to the memory of an outstanding Italian composer of the 20th century who wrote, among other things, for classical guitar. The piece was written in 2003 and consists of three parts. The first is a reference to a sonata allegro, the second is a lyrical song and the third is motoric in nature. The composition requires virtuoso skills, has a harmony that freely refers to the work of M. Castelnuovo - Tedesco and uses typical guitar techniques.
