Description

The third volume's textual commentary concludes information about the bassoon with an explanation of the production of a double reed. Furthermore, the performance situation is considered, including the optimal selection and preparation of the pieces, as well as logistical or organizational aspects such as acoustics, lighting and room temperature at the performance venue. Lessons 67 to 90 follow which, as in the first two volumes, comprise tone studies, technical studies and exercises and are built on these with regard to the degree of difficulty.
