Description

Skilfully selected encore pieces add a special touch to a concert. No matter whether virtuoso masterpieces or reflective melodies: both can help to achieve perfect harmony in a successful concert. The well-known performer and cello educationalist Prof. Maria Kliegel has selected encore pieces for every occasion, with works by Senaillé, Chopin, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, Saint-Saens, Glasunov, Debussy and of course David Popper (including 'Gnome's Dance' and 'L'Andalouse' from Op. 54).
