Adeus, Amanha
Description
"Having just (very favourably) reviewed two of this composer's "student" albums, it came as no surprise to find that his inspiration still applies to his compositional works of a much higher level. Adeus and Amanha are two works of around the grade seven standard and are ideal vehicles for any occasion from the formal concert platform through to restaurants, etc.
Adeus is a very liberal, nostalgic and moody composition with some luscious harmonies and nice melody lines. The same goes for the accompanying Amanha, which contrasts nicely to its partner by the quicker speed and "Latin" beat. Both fit comfortably under the heading of "easy-listening"."
